The Day After

More than 200 people attended the 3rd. annual Mumbo Gumbo dinner concert at Nakoma Golf Resort, Saturday, September 3, 2016, in support of restoring historic White Sulphur Springs Ranch in Clio, CA.


A sell out audience danced all evening to music by Mumbo Gumbo under a beautiful Nakoma sunset.


Guests enjoyed a wonderful Cajun dinner prepared by Nakoma Golf Resort and The Brewing Lair, in Blairsden, provided guests with their locally brewed premium beer.

White Sulphur Springs Ranch representative, Tim Buckhout, hands checks to Arisbeth Silva, owner of the Village Baker and to Matt and Elizabeth Cruse, owners of Gumba's Family Pizza, following the fire that destroyed both businesses September 15, 2023.
